Please note: All cancellations MUST be submitted via this ONLINE FORM. Verbal cancellations will not be processed. Cancellation requests must be made at least 15 days prior to the month in which it will take effect. For example: For a cancellation to take effect November 30th, the request must be submitted by November 15th.
Cancellations are only processed at the end of each month. If you miss the 15-day notice deadline, you will be responsible for the following month’s membership dues.
