
Parent/Child Classes (Ages 6 months – 3 years)
Our Parent/Child classes are for water acclimation of swimmers from 6 months to 3 years of age. We have 8-10 parent child pairs per class and do a mix of songs, activities, and instruction to gain comfort and swimming readiness.
Parent/Child A
Age 6-24 months | 30 mins
Parents accompany children in Parent/Child A, which introduces infants and toddlers to the aquatic environment through exploration. The course encourages children to enjoy themselves while learning about the water.
Parent/Child B
Age 12-36 months | 30 mins
Parents accompany their toddlers in Parent/Child B and work with their children to explore body positions, floating, blowing bubbles, and fundamental safety and aquatics skills.

Preschool Age Classes (Ages 3-5 years)
Preschool Age classes are for swimmers aged 3-5 that are ready to participate in class without an adult. We use games, toys, instructional flotation, and structured activities to gain safety and independence leading to swimming technique. Classes include 3-6 swimmers of similar abilities.
Preschool Stage 1: Water Acclimation
Age 3-5 years | 30 mins
Swimmers participate in class without an adult, develop comfort with underwater exploration, and learn how to safely exit in the event of falling into a body of water. We use games, toys, instructional flotation, and structured activities to gain safety and independence leading to swimming technique. This stage lays the foundation that allows for a student’s future progress in swimming.Classes include 3-6 swimmers of similar abilities.
Preschool Stage 2: Water Movement
Age 3-5 years | 30 mins
Swimmers participate in class without an adult and focus on body position and control, directional change, and forward movement in the water. Students continue to practice how to safely exit in the event of falling into a body of water. We use games, toys, instructional flotation, and structured activities to gain safety and independence leading to swimming technique. Classes include 3-6 swimmers of similar abilities.
Preschool Stage 3: Water Stamina
Age 3-5 years | 30 mins
Swimmers participate in class without an adult and learn how to swim to safety from a longer distance than in previous stages in the event of falling into a body of water. Students are also introduced to rhythmic breathing and integrated arm and leg action. We use games, toys, instructional flotation, and structured activities to gain safety and independence leading to swimming technique. Classes include 3-6 swimmers of similar abilities.

School Age Classes (Ages 5-12 years)
School Age classes are for swimmers aged 5-12 that teach safety, independence, swim technique, and share the joy of swimming. Classes include 4-7 swimmers of similar abilities. Stages 1 through 3 focus on water safety and basic technique, while stages 4 through 6 refine technique and endurance.
School Age Stage 1: Water Acclimation

Students develop stroke technique in front crawl and back crawl and learn the breaststroke kick and butterfly kick. Water safety is reinforced through treading water and elementary backstroke. Classes include 4-6 swimmers of similar abilities.
School Age Stage 5/6: Stroke Development & Mechanics
6-12 years | 45 mins
Students work on stroke technique and learn all major competitive strokes. The emphasis on water safety continues through treading water and sidestroke. Classes include 4-7 swimmers of similar abilities.

Teen & Adult Classes (Ages 13+)
Teen and Adult classes are for ages 13+. Classes include 4-7 swimmers of similar abilities. Stages 1 through 3 focus on water safety and basic technique, while stages 4 through 6 refine technique and endurance.
Adult – Beginner
Age 13+ | 45 mins
For teens and adults aged 13+, the beginner class will focus on water safety and basic technique. Classes include 4-6 swimmers of similar abilities.
Adult – Advanced
Age 13+ | 45 mins
For teens and adults aged 13+, the advanced class will refine swimmers’ technique and endurance. Swimmers must be able to continuously swim 40 yards with no assistance to participate in this class. Classes include 4-8 swimmers of similar abilities.
