Show off the results of all your hard work at the gym by joining the inaugural Cambridge YMCA Elevate Competition, a chance for you to meet and compete with our entire community and secure your place in Y history. Are you in? Let’s show everyone what Cambridge Y members can do!
You will compete in teams of four. Train together, encourage each other and cheer each other on to victory! Deepen your friendships. Build stamina and skills. Strengthen your ties to this vibrant community. This is a different kind of competition and it’s designed around what you know and can do! Gather your hang-out pals, family members or running buddies!
EVENTS:
- Relay challenge focusing on teamwork and conditioning
- Kettlebell challenge focusing on strength endurance
- Speed and agility challenge
- Barbell challenge to demonstrate your team’s cumulative strength
- Boxing fitness challenge that will draw on all of the above!
WHAT YOU’LL GET WITH YOUR REGISTRATION:
- Signature event t-shirt
- Weekly emails to spur you on and keep you informed
- Glory and bragging rights, with winners’ names on the leaderboard as a Cambridge Y
