Dear Members:
The Cambridge YMCA has been serving the Cambridge community for over 100 years. Our goal is to provide members with a wide range of programs for people of all ages and abilities. We try to offer our members the latest in fitness and wellness trends, such as yoga, zumba, mat pilates, and women's boxing classes. For adults who aren’t sure how to achieve their fitness goals, we offer affordable nutritional counseling and personal training.
Kids can grow up strong and healthy at the Cambridge YMCA, too. We help kids learn to love physical activity with great programs like infant and toddler swim lessons, and then we keep them coming to the YMCA throughout their pre-teen and teen years with swim team, basketball and karate. We have a nationally and state accredited preschool and a state licensed after school and summer program.
At the Y: We're for youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
