We offer a wide variety of aerobics and dance fitness classes suitable for all levels of experience. Our class options range from the moderate intensity you’ll find in Gentle Sculpt and Beginner Boot Camp to the more challenging Boot Camp and Jump Rope 360 with many others in between.

Aerobics/Dance Class Offerings


Ab-Dominator: Strong abs help with good posture and alleviate lower back pain can be essential for long-term health and well being. Ab-Dominator is a 30-minutes class that targets the whole core region, the muscles in the lumbar spine region, and obliques. Come for a challenging interval or circuit-style class that focuses on fatiguing the core. Exercises are variations of crunches, twists and planks. This class will help train different muscles and combat boredom.


Aqua Aerobics: This is a fun and challenging workout for people of all ages and skill levels. Aqua Aerobics class takes place in the pool (of course) which diminishes impact and uses the resistance of the water to improve efficiency of the heart/blood circulation (hydro-static pressure) while keeping the body cool! Each class features cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and balance training as well as a variety of other activities.


Beginner Boot Camp: You have to start somewhere so you might as well jump right into Beginner Boot Camp. This class is a great option for everyone. From those just beginning to workout to the more experienced gym-goer trying to squeeze one more class out of the week. Either way, the group is always diverse and welcoming and the instructor is very adept at offering modifications to keep everyone working hard regardless of fitness level. This class is in our basketball court which means there is plenty of room to move around. Come be part of the best way to earn a big brunch.


Bolly X®: This is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography and intensive workouts with upbeat music from around the world. You will learn the basics of Bollywood, Folk and Bhangra, and other styles of Indian dance. The Bolly X format has been created by certified fitness trainers and world-class Bollywood choreographers to ensure a safe, approachable, engaging and highly effective dance workout for both men and women of all ages. Bring a friend and get ready to move!


Boot Camp: This is a high-intensity class designed to not only burn calories, but to burn your arms, thighs, butt, and abs down to a stronger and more toned physique. The class combines elements of both cardio and strength to only improve fitness and speed-up metabolism. Classes feature dumbbells, barbells as well as body weight exercises with some plyometric movements as well. All are welcome though having some exercise experience will certainly aid in your enjoyment in the class.


Breakfast Blend: A 45-Minute metabolic conditioning class designed to challenge your energy systems while improving strength, power, and muscle endurance.


Breakfast of Champions: This sister class of Power Lunch is designed to start the day right with a half hour of cardio strength training. Get your workout out of the way at the beginning of the day. This class is adaptable to all fitness levels and it is recommended that you eat a sensible breakfast or at least snack before class so you can work out like a champ in this 45-minute class.


Carved from Stone: No cardio, no plyometrics, and no ropes, steps or choreography to follow; just the unique and impressive effects of weight lifting. This is the perfect class for those that want to improve overall muscle tone as each class will provide a chiseling workout for the entire body; one muscle group and one grueling repetition at a time.


Function Junction: You don’t stop working when you leave the gym and neither does your body. Learn how activities of daily life can be utilized to keep you fit and healthy. In most fitness classes the common adage is that certain exercises will help you to accomplish certain activities; in this class we actually take those life activities and exploit them so as to reveal the fitness, function, coordination and skill needed to accomplish them. This class ranges in terms of physical intensity, most classes are not very physically challenging at all but with focus instead on the neuromuscular system rather of just working your muscles. Come to class, keep moving.


Gentle Sculpt: GS is group class ideal for seniors or beginners that feature mild to moderate cardiovascular & muscular training in a comfortable and open environment. Gentle Sculpt features both body weight as well as dumbbell and barbell exercises with a focus on movements that promote bone density, coordination, balance and strength. All which are helpful for everyone from those interested in increasing athletic performance to those simply wishing to make activities of daily life a little easier.


Hip Hop Fusion: This is an Adult hip hop class for all-levels that will fuse new and old hip hop music/moves to not only get your body moving, but help with muscle control/staying on beat and simply being the life of the party! The class will focus mainly on Hip Hop, but will also include foundations from other dance genres such as popping, salsa, locking, house, and b-boying.


Punk Rope: This is a high-energy, fun fitness class, which playfully combines rope jumping with a wide variety of creative conditioning drills. No rope jumping ability is necessary and ropes are provided. Punk Rope burns tons of calories and improves: aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, coordination, agility, quickness, timing, rhythm, balance, and bone density.


LaBlast®: Created and produced by Three Time World Dance Champion, renowned choreographer, and Dancing with the Stars professional Louis Van Amstel, LaBlast is a life-changing dance fitness program that inspires the mind and transforms the body while teaching the true skill of dance. It is an innovative partner-free dance fitness program designed to be an affordable alternative to private dance and/or workout lessons.


Power Lunch: Power Lunch is a 30 minute class designed to give more bang for your buck by combining strength and cardio. Most often it uses a circuit-style format to achieve an aerobic benefit as well as muscular endurance and strength. This class works for all fitness levels by using timed-intervals and the power of your own intensity level. Power Lunch thrives on variety yet is simple and effective to complete. For the greatest benefit come to all three classes each week.


Push/Pull Strength: Put the weights down and pick yourself up in this body weight based strength training class.


Total Body Balance: Full body strength training that incorporates balance, coordination, and cardiovascular exercises.


TRX® Cross Training: This class takes the best of TRX suspension training drills and incorporates them in a short circuit style class to strengthen your core and get your heart pumping. You will get a total body workout with an emphasis on core stabilization. This is a moderate to high intensity class with options to focus more on strength versus muscle endurance. Excellent for any level of fitness.


Zumba®: This is a cardio fitness class that incorporates a variety of different music and dance styles from around the world including Salsa, Merengue, Reggae, Axe, Cumbia, Rumba, Samba, Tango, Flamenco, Calypso, Rock’n Roll, Belly Dance, Cha Cha, Bachata, Jive, Jazz, Reggaeton, African, Caribbean, and Hip Hop. Intermittent training maximizes results. High intensity periods push the body to improve (Cardiac output, respiratory capacity, and blood pressure), while medium intensity periods, burn fat and transport lactic acid away from the muscles avoiding cramping and soreness. Clear rhythmic movement and music-based choreography along with visual cuing engage the brain to accelerate the learning process. Most of all, Zumba is FUN. Join the party!


Zumba Gold®: This class is a fun way to shape up and get fit! It is a Latin-inspired dance fitness party, tailored to active older adults, seniors, or anyone who is a beginner to Zumba®. A variety of rhythms are featured including merengue, salsa, cumbia, flamenco, tango, belly dancing, and world rhythms. There is a focus on improving range of motion, balance and stability, posture, and areas where there may be arthritic pain. This is a great cardio workout that is easy-to-follow and enjoy!
