Yoga

We offer a diverse listing of yoga classes serving a diverse clientele with aspirations ranging from a deeper connection to breath and movement to a simple satisfying stretch. Beginners may enjoy the Gentle and Restorative Yoga or Desk Dweller Yoga, but we also offer more advanced Astanga and Vinyasa classes as well. Desk Dweller Yoga is our “Gateway Class” which means members may take it for free. Check out our complete class offerings below.

Ashtanga Flow

A vinyasa class based upon Ashtanga Primary Series. This is a lead class, so prior knowledge of the primary series is not necessary.
