Wahset will be teaching classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. His classes will combine boxing technique with extreme cardio for an intense, multifaceted workout! The Monday classes will be from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., while the Wednesday and Thursday classes will be 2 hours in length, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. In the 2 hour sessions, the first hour will be focused mainly on high intensity cardio, while the second hour will focus more on boxing techniques. However, it is not mandatory to stay for the entire 2 hour session.
So if you’re looking for one of the best cardio workouts in the area, while also learning boxing and self-defense skills, check out Wahset’s classes here at the Cambridge Y starting on January 18th.
