Stretch and Grow(Children ages 2 to 5 years) Watch them jump & hear them shout! If your kids aren’t doing Stretch-n-Grow, they’re really missing out! Each class incorporates the basics of exercise: warm-up, endurance, floor exercise, stretching, and cool-down... and teaches kids that exercise is fun and important for good health.
