Though a Personal Trainer will be happy to answer any fitness questions that may come up during our free Fitness Seminar and Orientation, those interested in more specific guidance, program design or fitness testing are encouraged to enlist the assistance of a Personal Trainer.

Personal Training sessions offer clients the certainty and comfort of knowing that the time they spend working out is contributing directly to achieving their fitness goals.
