True control over your body begins with your ability to move it, so put down the dumbbells and pick yourself up in this body weight-based resistance class. This class is consisted entirely of pushing and pulling exercises with a strong focus on push-ups and chin/pull-ups. There is no cardio, and there are no lower body exercises, but push-ups and chin/pull-ups are not only excellent upper body exercises but are also two of the best core exercises. If you want to improve your pushing and pulling ability; this is the class for you. If you are still scarred from the Presidential Fitness Challenge, this is the class for you. Even if you have never done a push-up or chin-up in your life, and want to learn how, this is also the class for you.
