This sister class of Power Lunch is designed to start the day right with a half hour of cardio strength training. Get your workout out of the way at the beginning of the day. This class is adaptable to all fitness levels and it is recommended that you eat a sensible breakfast or at least snack before class so you can work out like a champ.
