Weight Room/Free Weights: Free Weights, Dumbells, Incline Bench, Decline Bench, Flat Bench, Smith Machine, Tricep Tower, Crossover, Leg Press (90 degree angle), Leg Press (45 degree angle), Seated Calf Raise, Standing Calf Raise, and Squat Racks.
