Cardio Center:  Elipticals, Treadmills, Stairmasters, Steppers, Rowing Machines, Incumbent Bikes, and Upright bikes.

Nautilus Circuit:  Leg Extension, Leg Curl, Abduction, Adduction, Lat Pulldown, Super Pullover,Vertical  Chest Press, Incline Press, Lateral Raise, Tricep Pulldown/Dip, Bicep Curl, Lower Back Extension, Abdominal, Rotary Torso, and Gravitron (assisted dip/chin up).  

Weight Room/Free Weights:  Free Weights, Dumbells, Incline Bench, Decline Bench, Flat Bench, Smith Machine, Tricep Tower, Crossover, Leg Press (90 degree angle), Leg Press (45 degree angle), Seated Calf Raise, Standing Calf Raise, and Squat Racks.

Yoga: ($10 additional a month to membership) Asana & Pranayama, Ashtanga, Dynamic Flow, Gentle, Hatha, Iyeangar, Meridian, Vinyasa, Viniyoga and Yoga for Deep Relaxation.

Aerobic & Dance:  Beginner/advanced Boot Camp, Cardio Kickboxing, Step &Strength Training, Gentle Sculpt,Water Aerobics, Boxing, Punk Rope, African Jazz Dance, and Tahitian Dance.

Heated Swimming Pool:

Indoor Track - 33 Laps to a mile.
