Adult Swim Lessons
Adult Beginner
This class is for students who are not comfortable in the water. We begin by teaching proper body position and use simple, safe exercises to encourage placing the face in the water and learning to float and progress to gliding, bobbing, kicking, swimming, and treading water.
Adult Intermediate
This class is for adults who are comfortable in the water but do not have proper technique, find themselves struggling or rapidly exhausted. A large portion of this class is focused the proper breathing technique for freestyle. Other skills include treading water and backstroke. This class is taught primarily in the deep end.
Adult Advanced
Building on the skills learned in Adult Intermediate, the Advanced Class focuses on endurance and technique. This class will include flip turns.
